When we restored Erbolino, we gave it all modern comforts but we maintained, at the same time, all the characteristics of the old Chianti houses: cotto brick and wood beam ceilings, old cotto floors, wrought iron bed-heads and tasteful antique furnishings.
Hand painted tiles enrich both kitchen and bathrooms.

Occupying the space of the original barn, Erbolino offers:
2 double bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, 1 formal dining room, 1 living room, 1 ample kitchen.

On the first floor the two sunset valley-view bed-rooms have each a private bathroom (1 tub/shower, 1 shower).

On the ground floor, you can enjoy a glass of wine at sunset in the large terrace or in one of the 2 side lawns, or cook in a fully equipped open kitchen, read a magazine in the living room by the charming fireplace or work (hopefully not!) in the office.
A gorgeous dining room and a service bathroom complete the floor plan.
